Montreux - This gated community is home to the world-renowned Montreux Golf and Country Club designed by Jack Nicklaus. The community sits on 726 acres and offers stunning views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. The neighborhood is made up of 550 homes that range in size from 1/2 acre to a sprawling three acres. The community is in an ideal location as it is situated between downtown Reno and Lake Tahoe, and a mere 15 minutes from the International Airport. The homes are required to be a minimum of 2,500 square feet which includes a three car garage, as well as the design of the home must be European/Alpine styles. 

Old 395 -  Located in the heart of Washoe Valley, this neighborhood is made up of homes on large acreage lots. There are breathtaking views of Washoe Lake and the Sierra Mountains. There are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy, including hiking, biking, and horseback riding.

Nearby, Huffaker Park has a children's play area, picnic area, and plenty of walking paths. Take advantage of The Huffaker Trail Lookout to observe the amazing views of the city.

South Reno Community Amenities

South Reno is just a short drive from Lake Tahoe. The lake is known for its stunning views, crystal-clear water, and diverse outdoor recreational opportunities. Wolf Run Golf Club - The golf course surrounds the community of Fieldcreek Ranch. It is an 18-hole public golf course that is available to residents. Situated amid the Sierra Mountains, the course will prove to be challenging and exciting.

Club at Arrowcreek - ArrowCreek club is a private golf course that is nestled in the hills of Southwest Reno. The course features 18 holes of championship golf, a full-service clubhouse, and breathtaking views of the Sierra Nevada mountains. ArrowCreek is open to members and their guests only, which creates a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.

Membership includes access to the club's 18-hole Championship Course, practice facilities, and clubhouse. The course is challenging yet rewarding, and the experienced staff is always on hand to provide tips and assistance.

Parkside Shopping Center - These stores are located at the intersection of Moravia Road and Sinclair Lane and have over 184,000 square feet of retail space. And if you need a break from shopping, there are plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. South Meadows Promenade - an 80,000-square-foot shopping center that is located off Double R. Blvd and South Meadows Parkway.

Donner Springs
